Who runs this site

This site is run by Samih Abuawad, an independent developer working as RunnableWeb, based in Buqata, Golan Heights. I am responsible for the personal data described here. For any question or request about it, email me at samih@runnableweb.com.

The contact form

When you send the form, I receive your name, your email address, your description of the work, and the budget range and timeline if you chose them.

I use them only to reply and to talk with you about your project. I don't sell them, share them for marketing or add you to a mailing list. I keep them while we are in touch and for a reasonable time after, and I delete them sooner if you ask.

Analytics, only if you allow it

If you click “Allow” in the cookie notice, the site loads Google Analytics 4 from Google. It records which pages and sections are viewed, which main buttons are clicked, whether the contact form was sent (never what you wrote), and general information such as your device, browser, language and approximate location. It sets cookies whose names start with _ga, which last up to two years.

Google processes this data for me and may transfer it to the United States. Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses. Advertising features are off: no ad cookies and no ad personalization.

If you decline or ignore the notice, Google Analytics does not load and no analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings; withdrawing consent deletes the analytics cookies.

What your browser stores

Your analytics choice is saved in your browser's local storage, and if you switch language, a cookie named NEXT_LOCALE remembers it for a year. Both are needed for the site to work the way you set it, and neither is used to track you.

Hosting

The site is hosted by Netlify, which processes technical data such as IP addresses in its server logs to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data I hold about you, under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law. If you are in the European Union or the UK, the GDPR also lets you object to or restrict processing, get your data in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time.

I rely on your consent for analytics, and on your own request for the contact form. Email samih@runnableweb.com and I will reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority or to the data protection authority where you live.

Changes

If this policy changes, I'll update it here and change the date at the top.
